I’ve been Melting on a regular basis for a few years and I have less pain in my joints than ever before. My herniated discs rarely give me grief anymore. Excessive glute/thigh soreness after a rigorous workout is totally tolerable now. The chronic neck pain I just lived with for years is nearly gone. My hips and pelvis are much more stable while running.
Until I began Melting consistently I had considered my many aches and pains as just a part of life.
