On Good weather days: Outdoor Sessions

I live about a block from Central Park on the UWS.

Weather permitting, I’d be delighted to meet you in the park and work out in one of the most peaceful & beautiful places in NYC!

In 10 sessions you will feel a difference, in 20 sessions you will see a difference, in 30 sessions you will have a whole new body.” -Joseph Pilates

Such a popular quote of his. It’s important to bear in mind that results will vary. The level of consistency at which you’re training will have a direct effect on how your body changes. Practicing Pilates 2-3 times a week is ideal, but if once a week is what you can do, you will still reap the benefits at a slower pace.

There is a strict 24-hour cancellation policy.

Please give 24-hour notice via phone or email, so there is time to book another client. If less than 24-hour notice is given, you will be charged the full session price. Your understanding that the instructor’s time is valuable is very much appreciated.

THE MORE YOU MOVE YOUR BODY, THE MORE YOU’LL WANT TO MOVE YOUR BODY AND THE LONGER YOU’LL BE ABLE TO DO SO!

Be in control of your body and not at it’s mercy
